Smart DVD Creator - Burn Videos to DVD App Reviews

Bought this app from the App Store. Waste of money. $9.99 down the drain! Running Mac OSX 10.11.6. App crashes every time I import a file. This is a rip off. Don’t buy it!

This app has been useful to me but it crashes too much!

My first time with this software, I try burn a DVD with a AVI file and a SRT subtitle file. The software give a fail message in the authoring part.

This app keeps crashing. Had to uninstall. How do I get my money back?

Ok everytime I try to burn something it goes through everything and then comes up saying Burn Failed! I Am Not Happy!

After this progam made 2 data disks NOT d.v.d. I give up. Tryed to put data disk into my pc to see if I could use it to make a d.v.d. and it did not use the same formate. Smart D.V.D. Creator… Nice name but did not work for me. Im really getting tired of buying programs on the Apple Store that just dont work freeze up , crash and even have some companies e-mail me back telling me they know they have proplems with the programs but yet they still sell the programs and Apple keeps selling them for the companies. Not impressed!!!

No way around it. Burn failed! Your money is gone and youre left with an App that does not do what it claims it can do. It needs to be removed before anyone else falls victim.

The program keeps shutting down!! I want my $10 bucks back!! Total waste!

I got the same "Burn Failed" message so I requested a refund from Apple. They were happy to issue a refund. If you purchased this App and it does not work you should request a refund. The best solution is to not buy this App in the first place.

I should have read the reviews before downloading. HORRIBLE App!!! Very frustrating, Burn Failed! cannot get App to work. I even tried writing 3 video files to an ISO image to burn manually. that worked out ok until I discovered that the program only placed 1 of the video files chosen into the ISO image. 4 hours of messing around with this wasted….

It worked great one time, after that it "quits unexpectedly" each time I try to use it. Guess I have to spend more money and buy another app. Very disappointing.

This app looked so good…but it never burned a thing! Then when you go to the website for support there is no support. Totally misleading and false...DONT BUY THIS APP!!!!

I cannot do anything with this terrible app. Keep saying "Authoring error…" or "subtiles are not supporters…" Just hate it.

This app was a wasted $4. I hope that they come out with a fix to this so that I can get some use out of it. As for right now DO NOT BUY THIS APP! The Jab

quit unexpectedly every time i tried

i upload the files, select various methods to make this app work but it quits every time, i am running the newest version of mountain lion. bug needs to be fixed. Besides for that the app seems well built and easy to use.

waste of money…closes every time i try to burn! I want my money back!!!
